Design Review Applications are due every second Tuesday of the month by 5:00 PM before the next Covenants Committee meeting. Covenants Committee meetings occur typically on the third Tuesday of each month. (Subject to reschedule at times due to sudden or unexpected changes, check calendar regularly for updates).
Indoor Pool Dectron Repairs
Dectron Repairs will be taking place Oct. 14-18. The dectron is the dehumidification unit that controls the atmosphere in the pool room. In efforts to keep the pool open please be aware that the water temperature and atmosphere will be affected during these repairs.
